Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (optional, for creaminess)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons water or almond milk (to reach desired consistency)
  • Sprinkling of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, pumpkin puree, maple syrup or honey, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, tahini (if using), and salt.
