We put an offer in on a house and are (im)patiently waiting to hear a reply as to whether our offer is accepted– it’s between us and another offer– so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE whether you pray, cross your fingers, knock on wood, do the hokey pokey…whatever good luck karma you got PLEASE send some our way!
