When I was a little girl my parents would take me to see Disney on Ice and I remember how magical it all seemed.  The princesses would glide around on the ice with such poise and grace…it made me want to learn how to ice skate.  Now that my kids are 3 and 6 we’re at the perfect age for taking a trip down to Charlotte and see Disney on Ice presents World’s of Enchantment.

Each time they come in to town we pick an evening show and head into Charlotte a few hours early so we can grab dinner at one of the restaurants nearby. Then we settle in and get comfortable for a show that’s as entertaining for adults as it is for kids.  It still amazes me how all of the characters skate around with such poise and grace…especially given some of the amazing costumes they wear!
