So I started to share with you the pink girly girl overload that I had a blast with! If you missed any of it please go check it out!!
Anyway, I wanted to share with you a simple, super cheap idea that had my guests ooohhhhing and aaahhhhing.
I swear I got at least a dozen compliments on these decorative water bottles and it practically cost me nothing!
I always buy bottled water when hosting a gathering—people love it, it doesn’t waste any cups, it’s cheap, easy, and clean up is a cinch! Well, I wanted the theme of the party to encompass everything.
So I tore off the generic store brand water labels and cut some wrapping paper to the same size as the labels. I wrapped them around the bottles and secured the paper with oversized packing tape….that way the paper doesn’t get wet.
Note: you have to do this while the bottles are still room temperature and completely dry.
Once wrapped and taped you can toss them in the fridge and they’ll be ready to go at party time.
You can also do the same concept with decorative duck tape like I did here. The wrapping paper idea just gives you more choices and could be completely free depending on your stash—I always have a big stash on hand!
