These Valentine books for 3rd grade and 4th grade are perfect for kids who are just entering the reading for fun phase. For each holiday season I like to fill our morning basket with books about the holiday.
What is a morning basket?
Instead of letting the kids watch TV or play on tablets first thing in the morning, we have a morning basket with different activities. I like to have a few books, brain teaser puzzles, coloring books, and a board game. The kids know that when they have down time or are “bored”, they can go into the morning basket and find something to do.
Here are the Valentine Books for 3rd Grade and 4th Grade that I currently have rotating in our morning basket. My son just turned 10 so these books are great for girls or boys who are finding their love of reading.
