These spice cake mix cookies are so simple to make and a blast for baking with kids. Using just a few ingredients and a box of cake mix, you can have delicious spice cake mix cookies in no time!
I absolutely LOVE making cookies using box cake mixes. Especially when I’m baking with the kids. Using a box cake mix is fantastic because you can make dozens of different types of cookies based on the cake mix you choose! Like these Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies for Valentine’s Day, or these Lemon Cake Mix Cookies for a sweet summer treat, and even these S’mores Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies Recipe for when we go camping….there’s a cake mix cookie for every one!
These spice cake mix cookies are perfect for fall because they have the classic spice flavoring that makes you think of falling leaves and cozy nights by the fire.
Plus, my daughter loves to add a little sparkle and sweetness by rolling the cookies in Sugar in the Raw before baking. We typically make these spice cake mix cookies for cookie exchanges with friends because they’re unique and soooooo delicious!
