What the Peep?! Some people are crazy creative!!
Ah Easter….it’s like a Peep showdown! Those colorful little marshmallows shaped like bunnies and ducks hit supermarket shelves and we go nuts! First off, Peeps are good….but they’re not great….they’re definitely no Cadbury Egg! So, what is the obsession? I’m thinking it’s their versatility….I mean, you can’t really decorate a wreath with Cadbury Eggs…the chocolate would melt and get all sticky and gross. Peeps are like the one food item that will last through the End of Times and still maintain it’s shape and color…..I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing…hmmmmmm. (more…)

I created these St. Patrick’s Day pouches with rainbow nugget wrappers and honestly, I’m excited to share these with you today! This project is fun, easy and super quick. Spread the luck of the Irish with these adorable treats.
St. Patrick’s Day Pouch + Rainbow Nugget WrappersI’m so happy to be here again. I’m Tisa Jackson, and I blog about life, stationery and DIY at Just My Little Mess. I love to create DIY projects. I love anything and everything paper and to also find ways to make someone’s day brighter. When I think about St. Patrick’s Day, I know spring will soon follow. I love spring. I love the time change (yes, I know, I said it), the bright, chilly mornings, bright colors, fresh flowers and the smell of freshly cut and manicured lawns.
Only a few supplies are needed to get started. So, let’s go.
Address Label Sheets
Rainbow File (click here)
Cricut vinyl (any color)
1. Use Cricut design center and select any four leaf clover. Cut out on vinyl.
2. Add vinyl negative image to cotton pouches.3. Paint each pouch with green paint.4. Remove vinyl and let dry.
5. Print rainbow file onto address labels.5. Wrap labels on to nugget candy.6. After pouches are completely dry, simply add candy into each pouch.These lucky St. Patrick’s Day pouches are perfect for anyone. I hope you enjoy this project as much as I loved sharing it.
