I have found my new FAVORITE lunch!  The flavors in this sandwich melt together so PERFECTLY in your mouth! I just can’t say anything else….. YOU MUST TRY IT FOR YOURSELF….it’s just that good!  Oh, and it takes less than 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (I used regular old Honey Wheat…. but I’m sure any bread would be good….I’m going to try whole grain next time)
1 Small Tomato
1 Small Avocado
2 slices of Provolone Cheese
Butter
Directions:
Spread butter on each slice of bread.
Place bread in hot skillet with the butter side down.
Add 1 slice of cheese, slices of tomato, slices of avocado, and another slice of cheese.
Cook until both sides are lightly browned.
