Egg Pie: A unique spin on breakfast

Egg Pie: A unique spin on breakfast
You guys know I’m always looking for something new to make for breakfast.  I get tired of the same old thing all the time!  My breakfast boats were a HUGE success- they practically went viral on Pinterest!!!  When I tell you I was excited about them getting 2500 hits in one day- you just have no idea! My husband thought I was nuts!
Anyway, here is another new breakfast item that has become a staple on Saturday mornings.  I for the life of me can not remember where I saw this recipe or else I would give credit where it’s due- this is by no means an original concept by me.  I just hate that I didn’t pin where I saw this!
Okay, on with the yumminess!

Ingredients:
1 can Crescent Rolls
6 Eggs
1 Cup Diced Ham
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
Directions:
Make a star shape with your crescents:
Scramble your eggs, ham, and onion:
Pour eggs into center of crescent star and top with cheese:
Fold pointed ends of stars inward:
Bake at 350 until crescents are done (12-15 minutes):
Slice like a pie and serve:

This sounds easy and delish! Do you know if you could re-heat it the next day? There are only two of us, and it would be nice if we could save the leftovers. Thanks!
